Christoph Merian Verlag is a small innovative Swiss publisher in Basel. Their current publishing activities cover two sectors: an audiobook edition, and a non-fiction programme. Together with Swiss Radio DRS, Christoph Merian Verlag publishes top quality radio plays by famous Swiss authors, crime fiction and international literary delicacies. Christoph Merian Verlag also publishes well designed non-fiction books in the fields of art, photography and architecture, as well as books related to the Basel region, including the Basler Stadtbuch, which has been issued annually since 1879.
