Price changes, errors and processing mistakes excepted. The prices include VAT. We despatch the ordered titles to the address given without delay. We reserve the right to fulfil your order from the stocks available. Should a title not be available, you will be informed.

The following conditions of delivery apply:

Delivery charges for books and audiobooks:

The delivery charges correspond to the delivery region. The invoice total including delivery charges is shown before you despatch your order! If delivery difficulties arise, you will be informed by e-mail. Delivery is by Economy Post.

Delivery outside Germany and Switzerland:

We accept orders from all over he world. In the case of orders from outside Switzerland or Germany, only credit card purchases are possible.
For goods imported into countries outside the European Union import duties can be due and these must be borne by the purchaser. Such dues also vary according to the different customs areas. The purchaser is responsible for the orderly payment of the necessary customs duties and charges. Import charges do not qualify as delivery charges.

All orders are binding in principle. Your contract with us is valid by the fact that we accept your order by delivering the goods. Goods cannot be exchanged, except due to wrong delivery and damage incurred during transportation. In this case, please contact us without delay (verlag@merianstiftung.ch). The despatched goods are our property until full payment has been received. The Christoph Merian Verlag does not acknowledge obviously improper or incomplete orders. Swiss law applies exclusively; Basel is the place of jurisdiction.

Through your order you declare your agreement that we may store your personal details in machine-readable form and process or use them for the purposes of fulfilling the existing contract and for our own specific advertising purposes. These purposes also include the delivery and invoicing of the goods. The Christoph Merian Verlag undertakes to protect the privacy of all people who use our website. No personal details will be sold to third parties.
